Welcome to the SPARQ Training page

We are offering training classes to keep your athlete in top shape  while also helping them reach their potential. We will be offering S.P.A.R.Q training (speed/power/agility/reaction/quickness) during the summer and winter months.

Please take a moment to fill out the registration form by clicking on the link below to reserve your spot in a class. (If registering more than one player, please complete a form for each player.) The cost for training is $20 per session. This winter sessions will be held December 6th through January 25th . All sessions will be held at G.R.I.T. Training/Full Tilt CrossFit, 92 Mossy Creek Dr, Fort Valley, GA. (There is a group of industrial buildings at this location. When you pull into the drive, follow the gravel drive all the way to the back. You'll dead end at our building.)

The workouts will be offered four days per week starting December 6th and running through January 25th (minus the weeks of Christmas and New Years). You can pick and choose the dates you would like to attend and only pay for those sessions. The workouts are grouped so that Monday/Tuesday workouts are the same and the Wednesday/Thursday workouts are the same. (A couple of the Thursday sessions had to be moved to Friday due to scheduling conflicts.) The typical week would be Monday/Wednesday workouts or Tuesday/Thursday workouts, but you could do Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Wednesday. There is one time slots available: 7:40-8:40pm.

**Players will need to bring tennis shoes and water to all sessions.**

All sessions are limited. Once capacity has been reached, the class will be closed. However, if you would like to be put on a waiting list, please email grittrainingllc@gmail.com.
