Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain lean muscle, or just eat a more balanced diet, personalized nutrition can help you meet your goals. Although they are based on the health and fitness of a specific individual, these plans can easily be used to plan healthier meals for your entire family.

Following a professionally developed meal plan will help you learn to identify healthy portions of food to prevent overindulging. How does it work?

G.R.I.T. Training offers nutrition-planning services through Evolution Nutrition. These meal plans are created by registered dietitians and nutrition specialists. After a brief questionnaire about your current health and goals, meal plan recommendations are gathered from the Evolution Nutrition database. You can choose between 3-6 meals per day. Through the app, you can easily swap foods you don't enjoy for foods with similar nutrient profiles to help you stay on track. You can print your weekly plan, as well as a complete shopping list. There is even a portion guide to help you identify correction portion sizes, if you don't have a food scale.
