ABOUT G.R.I.T. TRAINING

Hi, I'm Rob and have been an ACE CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) since 2016, an ACE Orthopedic Exercise Specialist (2021), and a CrossFit L1 Trainer (2021). Additionally, I have been coaching youth soccer for over 12 years and hold a USSF National D soccer coaching license (2020) and a United Soccer Coaches Performance Analysis Level 1 certification (2021). I've been a fitness enthusiast since 1986 and enjoy helping others achieve their fitness goals or aspirations. 

 

No matter how run down your body may be, how out of shape you are, or how unhappy you are with the way you look, where you are currently doesn't determine where you can be if you decide to make a change. Take small steps like making tomorrow healthier than today and keep going. Take one day at a time because transformation doesn't happen overnight! Very small changes (if done consistently) over a period of time can make dramatic differences. Health, hope, and satisfaction all result from your efforts. - "Don't you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself, for God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body." 1 Corinthians 6:19-20
